We carefully prepare every TravelTod order so it can make its journey to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Regular orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of order placement, Monday to Saturday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays.
Personalised orders may require an additional business day for preparation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details where applicable.

For international orders, shipping rates are fixed based on the destination and do not vary according to the size or weight of your order.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches the applicable threshold.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please review the available shipping method and estimated delivery timeframe before completing your purchase.
Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched and may be affected by customs clearance or other circumstances outside of our control.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, applicable import taxes and duties are included in your order at checkout, so you won't be asked to pay these separately upon delivery.
International shipments may still be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities, which can occasionally affect delivery timeframes. In some cases, additional customs-clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
