Certainly, yes! Please email us at traveltod.journey@gmail.com right after placing your order. Use your Order Nº as the subject, and include the To/From details along with the one-line message you'd like on the card.

What happens if I have indicated the wrong shipping information.

How will I be updated on my gift delivery?

As soon as your order gets shipped, you will receive a TravelTod email with your tracking number. Deliveries within Singapore usually take 48 business hours.

What are the shipping fees for Gift Sets?

All TravelTod baby gift sets, newborn gifts, toddler gifts have Free Shipping within Singapore. The same applies to all your local orders above S$45. For international orders, stay tuned to the details under the shipping section at check-out.

Are your gift sets made from sustainable materials?

Definitely! All TravelTod® products are made from sustainably sourced bamboo, chosen for its softness, breathability, and eco-friendly properties. Our Travel Explorer is made from a waterproof 420D eco-nylon. We only focus on sustainable baby-gear. With love for the planet, our little ones and their families!

Do you have gender-neutral gift set options?

Yes! Our TravelTod nature-inspired colors are all gender-neutral. However, if you are unsure of the gender, we suggest that you pick our lovely Anise Flower range which can be found in the Anise Baby Gift Set and Blossom Newborn Gift Set. Anise Flower is a soft, muted lavender with subtle hints of gray, creating a sophisticated and calming shade. It embodies a sense of tranquility and elegance, reminiscent of delicate spring blooms.

What if I need to exchange size on a Gift Set?

We accept exchanges on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. You can reach out to us or the receiver can do so also, and we will assist them in the process! For refunds, kindly see our policy under Support section.
